exactly, NYS Dems were happy to keep Cuomo around until it was clear he only cared about a 4th term no matter what it did to everyone else's ability to move up the food chain

No, I’m doing the opposite - if they thought Biden was vulnerable they would have immediately moved to fuck him and they’re the people who are in a position to know best if he’s fuckable
