I've been thinking these days about everyone who was warning FOR LITERAL DECADES about how the GOP were taking every opportunity to push judges on to the courts - not just the supremes, all of them - and delaying democratic picks and how that would matter. and it does.

I would highly recommend reading the book “Bullshit Jobs” that really explains the “sensible liberal class” and 1. Why they didn’t see this coming and 2. Why they likely did nothing about it (they benefit from economic barriers to middle class)
