6.get reflectix from a local hardware store, put the shiny side face out on windows and use painters tape, that will keep 40 percent of the heat outside from reaching in your home This last step helps immensely, it is a myler material that looks like rolled aluminum foil 40ft for like 30 bucks

4.if electricity costs are an issue set your AC to around 75 to 78, it can maintain that much easier than 65 or 70. 5.household chores/fun in the morning, sleep during the mid afternoon, wake up when things have cooled down.

1. When you shower don't dry yourself off as much, the water drying off your skin cools your body off. 2. Make a jug/pitcher of tea and put it in your fridge. 3. Make your dinner in the morning and store it, that way you aren't running an oven or pan during peak heat.

According to CNN the guy who won Iran's Presidential election is a reformist who advocates for talking to Iran's foes mentioning USA, Israel and Saudi Arabia. The guy who lost was ultra conservative and against all that Will be interesting to see what comes of this.

Dnd has an interesting monster called a gravecrawler which is basically an undead snail. Is put in tombs and sealed in, where it slowly roams around, turning the various buried bodies into stone with its aura preventing anyone from being turned undead once they are stone.
