The Supreme Court is about to rule on Texas and Florida laws that restrict online content moderation. The states say tech giants squelch users' speech when they moderate misinfo, hate etc. Tech firms say content moderation is their own First Amendment right, and the laws violate the Constitution.

Hmm. Does their obsession with social media's "anti-conservative bias" override their deference to private business interests? So any public accommodation in private hands must allow you to say or post anything you want? If you refuse to make a cake with 2 men's names on it, I guess I can sue?

Corporations are people under the First Amendment with a protected right to speech when it means giving money (or gratuities) to politicians or judges but not people when they want to actually control the words that appear under their names.
