While they concurred on punting the case back to lower courts, Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch disagreed with the majority opinion establishing content moderation as speech.

true, I'm just a little surprised that the 6-member majority didn't just go "LGTM, that TX law is valid" given what else they've done that on lately.
