We apparently wiped out a strain of flu while mandatory masking for COVID was in effect.
I don't get the "oh it's just a cold" argument.
My neighbors don't want my cold either. I'll keep masking, thanks.

Before COVID lockdown, there was some kind of crud going around for the last couple of winters before. It eventually settled in your upper chest and left you with a hacking cough for a month or more. I did not get that crud during COVID lockdown and I did not miss getting it one bit.

I’ve had the cold this past week - First one had for 4 years … wiped me out !! Really bad one. Wasn’t Covid as I tested ( I’m on the list of CEV who get govt test kits and also have to contact them for Covid antibodies if I get it ) still struggling a bit , and talking like Barry White.
