“Homeless” seems a generally-useful shorthand but re deaths in sunny San Diego, it’d seem not having a place w 4 walls and a roof isn’t really why 600+ people die Do you think maybe a better adjective, more like abject destitution, would help us focus on how we let people fall by the wayside?
