That def beats my credit union calling me to explain how to use the mobile app (I completed what was apparently a not-anonymous member survey). It’s the same mobile app I helped launch at another CU, after launching my CU’s previous app. I 100% know how it works. I simply said I didn’t like it.

After more than 1.5 decades working for the Mouse, I left to travel & find a new life.
I spent a short summer working on the Bighorn National Forest less than a year later & was inspired to write my first novel.
The following summer, I met my title character IRL. We're now married.

Yes, one story is on eternal hold (wrote about 2/3 back in 2013-2014) while I do more research.

The other ("Dead End" ironically) may still rise from the ashes, but I am not the same person I was when the idea surfaced, so only time will tell if it is truly ended.

I prefer chapters to offer both cliffhangers and scene conclusions.
A book should be possible to set down when finished and feel like you got the whole story (whether you did or not).
A series, in my mind, should be the last word on a character.
