The window that consistently has the coolest air is also the window with some of the most car mirror ass light so I’m working at it but also keeping tweezers with me for when I will get distracted by a hair every 3 minutes

Also realizing 99% of the self consciousness I was having was me being overloaded by discomfort. Can't stop thinking about it, of course your brain is going to go wild with that. Now that I know if my thighs don't touch I don't really think about them. I don't have to have an opinion about it.

Once you get over what you should do or should look like and actually respond and dress to what your body wants it's so freeing! For years I kept buying leggings and stuff wondering if I was doing something wrong: I just hate the feeling of stretchy stuff! Linen, here I am.

Thanks, my heart goes out to you! My mom is really supportive of me but she talks about others and it gets me down so baaaaad. She's unfortunately a product of her 20s being the 1970s and wow did she pick up so much bad diet culture shit over the years. A lot of morality tied up with food and eating

I lost a lot of weight about a decade ago and my body/brain relationship is still a work in progress but this really helped not pinch my thighs or have anything being slowly sucked into my crack

At the not very serious risk of looking like a toddler: If you’re like me and has sensory issues about shorts may I recommend sizing up one and getting a pair of shorts overalls. I basically wore just jeans all summer my whole 37 run after puberty until this.
