I totally agree about the stress reduction. I'm also not "hard" on myself if I don't walk a set number. But, I did find (even the first year) that it was kind of addictive and, I didn't want a day to go by without a walk.

Just July 5th but 46 miles walked. So, a strong beginning for July. This month, and August are my last months of walking to complete another year. Began, August, 2017. So, almost 7 years in. Just walking, not running. As I've said in another post, DT's MAGA made me need to get "clean air."

Good morning. Early walk muggy. Retired. Look at a calendar to see what day it is. Not the number, the day. Life used to have hectic mornings! Especially when I had 2 teens getting ready for school & me, work. Breakfast, papers signed, sports. Me, college 2 nights & job. Kids, weekend sports. Fun!❤️
