I'm assuming that "chasing the wind and catching shadows" is some sort of deep meaningful proverb...? I'd argue that, in this case, Stuff has done exactly what it is accused of...it has caught (and exposed) the shadows of Chinese espionage in Aorearoa... Shadows struggle to survive in the light...
