Luckily we haven't had prices set like that for decades. During the week, we have a peak price from 11:00am to 5:00pm. A middle price from 7:00am to 11:00am and a cheap price from 7:00pm to 7:00am, about half the cost of the peak rate.

This is from 9 years ago. Bailey and Otis have both passed. Bailey and Otis share the fresh morning air. Bailey seems to want to attach himself to Otis, but Otis isn't too sure about Bailey, yet;). Bailey is blind and deaf, so he relies on his nose, which seems to work extremely well.

There was a quote from a Canadian politician about this, but I cannot locate it. I know it is the library of the high school named after him. Basically a society should be judged by how it treats its most vulnerable.
