With the Immunity decision and the Chevron decision, President and Supreme Court are now more powerful than Congress. Robert's tome:patronizingly dismissive of the minority argument. The President can now kill someone or reverse an election with impunity. We can't ask for evidence or motive. A coup?

We live under a tyranny of the minority and we keep getting told that we can’t do a single thing to fix it because it would mean we’d have a tyranny of the majority.
