It didn’t but this is the 1st poll that has Harris doing better. But more importantly "31% of voters say they could change their mind or currently support no one. They break 39 Trump-37 Biden, but break 47 Harris-34 Trump." The debate's big effect might have been to lower Biden's ceiling too much
