Even according to christian logic, gawd only provides to those who enter a contract with it and through certain expected actions, gawd evaluates and then rewards good or bad. Gawd, doesn't give from kindness. Gawd, is a middle management supervisor who is contractually obligated to pay for work.

If federal courts don't have jurisdiction over anything, wouldn't that mean that the SCOTUS doesn't have any power? Which mean that it wouldn't matter what they ruled. Now that I read it, yeah, they would rule that.

Budweisers Bud Light miscalculation wasn't about trans issues. It was that they could attract a new consumer base. If the marketing strategy worked, the conservatives who boycotted Bud would have been offset. But drinking and drinking habits are changing in the US. So is the consumer base.

Yeah but you can make an argument that ignoring a decision regarding slavery, where it kept the institution alive, denied black citizenship and declared the Missouri Compromise illegal, kept Lincoln on the right side of history. Dred Scott alone solidifies that the Civil War was about slavery.
