It's classic Microsoft, over-engineered and underperforming. I have to use it at work, alongside (doesn't) Sharepoint. I think one of the great crimes against semantics is calling these monstrosities "productivity tools"

As ever, "follow the money" works a treat. Defense Priorities is a Koch Brothers funded think tank, associated with Paul Rand. Quincy also associated with Koch money. Likely individuals also getting grants.

One of the reasons I hate FPTP is the way it forces unholy amalgams into single large parties - I want a plurality of views in Parliament and genuine discussion to achieve good policy, not partisan yah-boo nonsense
