There was a black man trying to get a coffee by walking through the Tim's drive through last night and the cops told him to go away and told him where the homeless shelter was. I checked on him after the interaction, he's a new doctor at the clinic I go to.

I mean I know its hard to say 100%, but in my 21 years in my house, and 28 in Halifax, I personally have never felt as hot and uncomfortable as yesterday. The weather station maxxed at 39 at my place in the shade.

Cooking my interpretation of goulash from combination of recipes online, from you, and from the interwebs, plus memories from many years ago. Has ground pork not beef as mom has digestion problems with beef. Will add cheese too.

My review - PC Cinnamon Sugar Pineapple Skewers Ok if you get them on sale. 6 pcs. Frozen, pineapple was underripe, though may need to be for stiffness. CInnamon sugar didn't really enhance it much. The Walmart Tequila BBQ sauce on real pineapple would taste better I think.
