Smart employers have been doing this for decades. It’s about making sure you do not miss the better hires and then not fully enabling the best hires. Convincing boardrooms that DEI doesn’t work is just a precursor to dissolving EEOC. DEI started as EEOC compliance.

It's already hard enough to go through the EEOC or through a lawsuit if you need to against a company. It's stacked against the companies and the employees are left to dig themselves out of a hole even if they have mountains of proof. It's David v Goliath with no slingshot and only a pebble 2/2

I don't usually regret going ahead and making my comments while on ambien (because my eyes are blurry) but "hitting" the hires was not the best swipe error I've ever had. But yes, this push against DEI to make it a naughty word is just to take away people's rights. 1/2
