The article doesn't say 'neat;' it says "single sniper shots" with no other cited evidence - not even of 'neat' shots - to support that claim. The video evidence that you refer would add valuable context. It's the sort of thing that journalism is supposed to provide but rarely does.

I've no idea what you believe. As I said below, killing children is abhorrent. If there's evidence of snipers killing those children I'd like to see it; if it's baseless conjecture I'd like to know. War crimes cannot be ignored, and they should not be fabricated; it's too important an issue.

That is sometimes true, but bullet diameter doesn't tell you anything about who fired it and there's no mention of bullet caliber or any other information aside from 'head shot' to support "sniper." Killing children is abhorrent enough; making assertions without supporting evidence is stupid.
