Yes, and I think that attacking Harris would play very differently with swing voters than attacking Biden or Hillary Clinton. It certainly helps that there is no email or Hunter story dogging her (to be clear those are BS but useful to Trump).

You're dead on about her potential strengths and lack of family drama. It also provides a chance for a reset on Gaza should they choose to accept it. All of that could really help with young people, women, and people of color.

GOP will manufacture one if they sense she’s a contender. But I agree with the general principle — maybe the manufactroversy wouldn’t stick as much? But there will be one. They made Kerry’s military service a liablity. Nothing they do is related to reality.
