I feel like if I was a professional web marketing person, or the sort of person who knows what SKUs are, I'd have a much easier time of it. But for all their failures KS have made it *easy* for amateurs to get things up and running.

If it's any consolation, I do know what SKUs and all the other bits are, and it's still pretty gnarly! The way different sections interact isn't always immediately clear, and there's a lot of "if backer meets X criteria then apply Y add-on settings and Z shipping" kind of stuff to consider.
