Reminds me of a friend who thinks she's a "little bipolar". I have tried to explain that there is no such thing and that everyone has moods. She isn't having it. Frustrating, to have bp minimized.

I truly think - or hope - talking about the lived experience will start to change that. People see mania as like “woo outgoing and bonkers but fun.” It’s impossible to understand from that perspective how my whole soul is burning in that state Not to mention depression
