True, and people will say it about their own children, or in front of niblings, or just out there for all to hear and it makes me sick to my stomach. So many young people I know or see are survivors, carers, triers, and/or uplifters of justice, and they deserve support and encouragement.

It absolutely sickens me that a lot of older Democrats have shown such boundless spite and hatred towards the youth for criticizing the elderly Democratic leadership and protesting extreme atrocities and crimes against humanity along with downplaying the importance of the issues the youth stand for.

I just remember how millennials were treated when we entered adulthood, and it's frustrating to see the same happen to gen z and younger. They have it hard, even harder than we did! I want us to be a source of compassion and solidarity, the kind of thing millennials desperately needed.
