There's a reason Putin took over the media and the judiciary his first two years in office. Our fascist party did exactly the same thing, just quietly and over a longer span of time.

Not only a sympathetic one but an almost all powerful one as to overturn the Court's decisions takes a constitutional amendment or changes in the Court's composition by death during a time when the opposition holds a majority in Congress and has the presidency, expanding the court has same problem
