And to be very clear here: it would be great if they are right, and do back-to-back interviews suddenly with a re-energized campaign showing all of America that Uncle Joe is fine on his feet and running with the full force and energy this campaign needs. I would very much love them to do that.

I would love nothing more than for last Thursday not to have happened (except maybe for Monday not to have happened), but as I said it just seems like indulgence to pretend this genie can go back in the bottle.
