Two derelict townhouses in Alice St, Newtown that last changed owners in the eighties for about $40k each. They are packed with furniture to prevent squatting. A man comes by every so often to clear the mailbox but no one permanent since the nineties.

A long time ago, back in November 1991 Good Fruit And Vegetables was kind enough to publish an article by me. I was 19 at the time, living on my parents' citrus farm. It's not a greatly worded article but they paid me $100 for it. I couldn't believe anyone would pay me money for words.
