If the Qld LNP are going to build large-scale nuclear reactors the electricity grid will need accommodating. Australia's largest single unit coal power station at Kogan Creek in Qld is 750MW. Nuclear plants can be 1,000MW & most are 1,400MW. #qldpol www.theguardian.com/australia-ne...

Further proving it's an extremely expensive lie to delay the transition from coal. It isn't a drop-in replacement for coal as the LNP claimed.

The capacity isn't a problem to build them There are more types. I have a small view of the state of coal plants in Aus. Also India and Canada have sub 1GW plants btw.
