That was Schumer, not Mook. He was arguing that Ds were going to do well *despite* Trump's strengths in the rust belt, not articulating a campaign strategy. And yes, HRC's botched campaign hurt her more. That's immaterial to the idea that events in 2024 vindicates not supporting HRC as lesser evil
