I'm curious what example there is to show his stark cognitive decline that you'd personally point to? The debate? His voice sounded hoarse, he may have had a cold, but his answers were coherent. His SofU address and Stern interview were both great. Is this just a panic response?

His answers were gibberish. He could not hold onto a thought long enough to speak it. We can see his panic as his thoughts evaporate mid-sentence, and he is not able to get them back. If you think it was just a hoarse voice, tell me your favorite Biden line from the debate. What punch did he land?

additionally, if you saw him immediately after the debate as his rally, he was sharp and clear. Night and day difference. To pull a phrase out of drug culture, it's all about set, setting and substance. Maybe he's just not that great in a debate atmosphere. I feel like maybe he over-studied.
