Reasonable, right? This is the type of so-called "administrative state" regulation that conservatives and big corporations have been railing against for years. Know this: All that deregulation amounts to is bigger profits for the rich at the expense of everyone else.

Most labor unions have these clauses in their contracts already. This is for all those that don’t have the protection of a union. I worked in a Firestone factory in early 80’s and when outside temps went over 85°, the plant would take a heat vote. It would have been close to 100° inside.
