Can you explain why he'd refuse to get a cognitive test if he's fine and everyone's just freaking out for no reason?

I don't know if he's fine and frankly I don't care. I know it sounds ridiculous, but whether he's fine is beside the point. He's the candidate until he says otherwise. Right now the greatest danger to his campaign is people refusing to get on board with that.

Democracy is on the line, and in one doctor's visit this patriot could settle all the doubts and get his campaign back on track. But he chooses not to because why?
