That sounds shit. It’s a tough cycle; can’t exercise because it hurts, so you gain weight, which makes it hurt more when you try to exercise. I have it with my knees so I know what it’s like 😔

Have you tried the elliptical already? I was sceptical when it was recommended to me but have found it helpful. Might be worth looking at some stretches to try before you work out too? (Sorry if this obvious stuff that you’ve already tried 🙈)

where are you getting the pain? My knees don't really work so I can't run at all, but I can use the elliptical machine for cardio as it's quite low impact. Some people recommend the exercise bikes, but I find I have to go so slowly on them that it's not worth it for me unfortunately

I think it’s around 1% more in 2024 than 2019, but still significantly less than in 2017. I’m sure this is totally fine & not anything that might cause huge problems in roughly 5 years time, lol
