What I want to see AI used for: near-instantaneous fact-checking. That’s the work we should be taking off of people’s shoulders. And that’s the exact job that large language models, on their own, are NOT designed to do, since they’re just text generators. And here we are.

The letter provides a lot of context for the history of resistance to the Israeli occupation, going back long before 10/7. It seems like you didn’t *actually* read it, or if you did, you read it while looking to confirm your preexisting ideas. That’s not rational, my guy. That’s rationalizing.

I grew up eating frozen fish sticks and the vegan battered fish options have gotten so good. Especially for a vegan fish taco. I’m in the same camp as you: really happy that veggie/vegan options are so tasty these days, and aiming for minimal/sustainable meat consumption.
