Sometimes even when drawing a stick figure is hard I can still find a good moment to make something I'm happy with. I'm unhappy with some bits of this, but yknow, sometimes you just take the W and take a nap.

Art is a fickle thing. Both in how people consume it, but also in how I make it. Sometimes I try, and nothing comes. A press of a piano key with a full thump but no note. Just gotta be compassionate to myself and find other ways to work. Try it another day.

Genuinely pisses me off when someone complains about people calling original characters OCs. Like, within the context of the Internet where media is consumed so haphazardly and quickly, it makes perfect sense to clarify. Especially if it is a fan created character for a big media property, asshat.

That isn't to say art can't be interpreted differently from artistic intent, but that intentionality gives you what you're interpreting. It manifests another person's perceptions and experience to page, and you can interpret from there. Whereas AI art is just a repackaging of art already extant.

"AI" as it exists can only steal its nuance from the artists it takes from, artifacts that accidentally could be interpreted as meaningful. There is no contextual meaning, no comprehension or expression, just content. It does nothing as art but distract or be an inkblot for you to invent meaning.
