I am lucky in that my cat is unbothered, as am I, but it’s ANNOYING and it is all the time here. Sure, more on holidays, more in summer, but absolutely year round nonsense on my block

If it’s about clothes it has to be specific enough that the wearer knows it’s about the clothes and not the body, I think a lot of cishet guys don’t have the fashion vocabulary to make this work, so they’re probably wise to steer clear, BUT they could also learn some terms!

I’ve found that the best way to not have a take on it is just not to engage. (I actually sorta have a take but I don’t think anyone needs to hear it unless they were also acquainted with my ex, it’s not a Grand Unified Theory or anything)
