I know there are much more important things happening in the world but this is my recent inbox -- each of these is a different email account, with slightly different wording, so I can't blacklist phrases or addresses and I'm really at the end of my fucking rope.

Not sure if this would help, but filtering out emails with the phrases "send you more" and "negative reviews" might be useful. I hope you're able to get this under control!

I use Gmail. I don't see messages like this at all because they go directly to my spam box. Idk what email service you use but it might have a feature like spam/junk as well, which would keep you from being exposed to this. I mentioned Gmail initially because Google does a very good job filtering.

best hope probably is to report spam and hope the various filters/algorithms starts catching on.
