Respectfully disagree. His delivery was weak and his only advice was to vote. We could really use a strong orator right now and someone who can move mountains.

He didn't say to vote. He said, "The American people have to render a judgment about Donald Trump's behavior." Voting is only one way in which that judgment can be expressed.

Pretty unusual to use a White House speech like this to make a specific election pitch. That signals the seriousness of the situation and makes it not the average “vote harder” pitch, IMO.
