God damn trump all the more for saying it but the "when you're famous they let you" is something people who aren't 'total' fucking sociopaths sometimes take (unreasonably) as a substitute for consent. (Absolute monster sociopaths revel in the fact that it isn't consent)

I suspect there is also massive denial at work here - "surely she wants this, I would never abuse my higher social standing/her being dependent on me to do something she doesn't want". That sort of thing.
