Re: hosting - I would recommend you to try out Oracle Cloud. They offer free 4-cores 24GB RAM ARM instances. On the one I have I'm running github.com/uabluerail/i... that stores all of Bluesky into postgres, along with a ticket system, and there's still plenty of headroom
