🙋‍♀️ Is there a technical team out there? I’m a birder and follow other birders. However the photo quality and definition are seemingly substandard to mastodon which is disappointing . Is there a quality control or customer support to I can speak to?

By default, only people you follow can start conversations with you. To change this, check the settings in the DM interface. You can allow DMs from no one, only people you follow, or all Bluesky users. It’s up to you!
