🧪 🦑 🦭 This Grey Seal Pup has a telemetry tag attached to her. The tag is glued to the seals fur, which detaches when the seals undergo their annual moult.
This tag tracks the seals activity as well as logging other data which informs a variety of research & marine spatial planning.

Are you able to recover the tag once it detaches? E.g. does it float, so you can use the telemetry to find it and recover it? Or is that too difficult?
