I dreamed I had a pet shark I did my acrobatic swim routine with, but he lost all his top teeth because he kept trying to eat the bottom of the pool, and he kept looking at me all sad and toothless like, "Mommy, where's my teeth?"

I still have scars on my knuckles from when, as a child some forty years ago, I scraped them on the fashionably rough bottom of an apartment complex pool after diving and going all the way to the shallow end underwater.
