There really are consequences (see the power of Congress in the Constitution). If we want change to happen, voters have to make it happen in November. The Dem majority in the House/Senate and winning the WH has to be resounding!

On the one hand, of course: undeniable calamity and corruption are opportunities to push through change (but usually the bad kind). On the other hand, I really wish as a country it didn't require some huge disaster to improve things, somewhat.

The problem is that having a plan in the GLBT+ community seems to come down to finding a safe country to flee to, going underground, and/or planning active armed resistance for when the executive order is signed to ship us to the camps.

Hell yes. It wasn't a sad day when a President was convicted, it was a sad day when an unfit fraudster was elected. It was a great day when the evidence became known and when a conviction was handed down.
