This UK election result just highlights how fucking stupid FPP is. Labour are going to have 65% of the mps while getting only 35% of the vote. While I am loving the Tories getting shafted. The landslide narrative is true in result only. Labour share of the national vote up a pathetic 2%.

I feel for the people impacted by the power outage. But find it very funny that when the govt is looking to push privatisation this fuck up was done by a private company. Also ACT looking to remove red tape and pesky h&s regulations like 'don't undo all the nuts at once'

Thankfully, Aotearoa l is well served by an amazing group of political cartoonists. Some of the rest of the media maybe asleep at the wheel, but the cartoonists including Cook, Emmerson, Murdoch and Body doing great stuff.

Auckl Transp never fail to underwhelm. replacement bus britomart to Nmarket 45min. Appreciate they can't control rush hour traffic, but could have let us off at the Broadway station entrance we passed. Instead had to stay on an extra 10 min to do the balm/Nuffield block to Remuera rd entrance.
