Hmm. I'm not saying our system is great, but I do predict that many ppl will suffer and die if there is an upheaval of the system. Portuguese ppl seem to feel that they have never recovered from their rev in the 70s.

I'm also sending positive energy to you and yours! When my mom was in the hospital I kinda held a sit-in whenever I could, until someone talked to me. also left note cards with my name and phone number at her bedside. Ugh. Doctors' rounds tend to be mid morning and never on time. Hugs.

I have the same problem, but I've had it all my life, just intense social phobia. I'd rather go in person than talk on the phone, but I hate that too. Even writing an email takes forever if it's basically a request for something.
