All diseases are gonna be pretty fucking bad for someone, we don’t really need to rank them. But I am scared of cancer myself bc the treatable ones still wreak havoc and quite a few — most? — still call for chemo which seems awful

Some of the autoimmune diseases get treated with chemo too, though at a lower dose. It's not fun. And cancer is definitely a very bad thing to get
