Are you familiar with a TRX? Most of the things you can do standing can also be done kneeling. & for exercises that require feet in the heel harness, you can do them with one foot in & the other tucked behind that foot's leg. If this would be an option, let me know and I can post video.

Frankly, and unfortunately, if I write this type of thing back at the mothership these days, I make our regulars unhappy & uncomfortable. So I confine myself there to my nightly Ukraine war updates & time permitting the occasional update about Gaza, Israel, or another terrible conflict like Sudan.
