Zulli really knew how to perfectly draw animals & his work on the Soul's Trilogy was simply phenomenal, reading his work in my teens & seeing his take on the turtles was unlike anything I had seen up that point.

RIP Michael Zulli. One of my favourite Ninja Turtles artists that worked on the "Souls Trilogy". It's rare that an artist could take characters like these & apply such an incredibly dense & detailed realism that makes the characters appear so tough & yet so fragile.

That's film advertising for you which is what I missed from these kinds of posters. The poster will be amazing and you would have it in a really nice frame, but the film is a bit of a hit & miss. But at least you got to appreciate the poster.

I don't want to be anti-digital or anything at all like that. But I prefer the first image more, I've always liked how you make your marker colouring looks so professional and so clean that there's something about the way you do it that stands out and it gives it volume.

Anyone concerned about what the future of Studio Ghibli will be might want to be give it's offspring, Studio Ponoc a chance with it's latest movie "The Imaginary". This was really good, a little ropey in parts but you can feel a lot of that Ghibli technique improve here.
