i'm starting to give some mental credence to the notions of the supernatural / astrology etc etc because it's clearly not due to my drinking, overall nutrition or stress habits.

Same. It cant possibly be that I'm burned out and havent had time off in forever, dont maintain a decent sleep schedule, eat like shit and dont drink enough water.
