Biden would sign a codification of Roe in a second. Problem is with Congress and SCOTUS, not Biden. Only way to fix it is to vote for pro choice presidents and senators until Thomas, Alito and Roberts die or leave office.

Obama could have but didn’t and he didn’t have the Catholic excuse for moral superiority Biden claims. Biden could push for voters to flip the House specifically for that reason. He chooses not to. He ain’t care
